1.    Understand and identify Marzano’s High-Yield Strategies and McREL’s “Four Questions for Planning Instruction”

2.     Use McREL’s “Four Questions for Planning instruction” as a framework for integrating high-yield strategies that work with technology into lesson plans.

3.    Use the supplied Lesson Plan Template to create a lesson plan integrated with high-yield strategies that work with technology.

4.    Demonstrate through discussion the successful integration of technology with researched-based strategies into their curricular instruction.
